This episode was an improvement on last week’s episode I guess since this season is coming to a close and everything is being tied together.
It seems one of my theories on Bill’s behavior may just be wrong, I was thinking he was just behaving like this but had some kind of plan up his sleeve but now I’m not so sure, I mean, betraying Eric is one thing but observing his general behavior is really showing that the blood of Lilith really got to him, it may just take some Fae power to blast this sucker back to normal.
With Eric and Nora now, I’m wondering how the vision they saw of Lilith ripping Godric’s throat open affected Nora in particular, I still think Eric isn’t sold on the whole Lilith philosophy but of course he has to play along or he’ll meet the truth death, he need to figure out something and soon as for Nora it’s a possibility she’s finally seeing what Eric was talking about.
So lets assume Nora is on the good team now and assume Eric is also still on the good team, all they have to do is find a way to get rid of Salome, it’s easy to deal with Bill but Salome is tricky, she has to either die or everyone has to go against her for all this AVL nonsense to stop and of course Russell Edgington wasn’t going to play nice forever, I was just waiting for him to stop playing along, I saw the little flare ups every now and then, it was just a matter of time, now I think Bill and Eric are going to try to save Sookie. I may be too much of a hopeless romantic but for some reason I think that Bill and Eric’s love for Sookie surpasses any hold Lilith’s blood might have on them, how they are going to escape the authority should be interesting.
I for one find the Russell and Steve relationship entertaining, it’s like Steve is slowly filling the void Talbot left, or is he just a rebound? In any case it’s good that Russell has a bit of a weakness with having Steve around because it’s going to be harder for them to stop him this time. I’m thinking Russell isn’t planning to drain her but instead use her like a blood factory of some sort, this should add some more spice to the last two episodes just because I love to see Russell in action, am I the only one who noticed his accent totally changed when he got up on that table?
Pam and Tara are getting closer and I like it, I think being Pam’s progeny is the best thing that has happened to her across all seasons of this show and I think Tara is good for Pam too since she doesn’t have Eric right now and also they are kinda alike in their personalities.
I hope Luna and Sam get to leave with Emma, it would have me so much more helpful if she was a Wereshifter hybrid.
Sookie basically has two things to worry about now, one of which she has no idea is coming her way and this Warlow dude, I’m thinking Warlow wants to use her for the same purpose Russell does, I wonder if we will get some big show down with those too in the finale, hopefully Alan Ball stays true to True Blood traditions and gives us a massive shocker and cliffhanger for the finale. I’m wondering why Sookie’s ancestor would strike that kind of deal with Warlow and why is he taking so long to appear? They must really be saving him for the finale.
I’m glad Hoyt finally decided to do something that makes sense I mean he was getting to be more and more imbecilic as the weeks progressed but trust me I was satisfied when he made the decision to go to Alaska, what I thought was chicken though was him telling Jessica to glamor him, I mean I get that he’s really hurt but he should man up and get over her in a natural way, anyway I have a feeling that he’ll get his memory back sooner or later.
I totally forgot that Jessica would also be somebody who could help Nora & Eric in my earlier hypothetical situation, Jessica is totally thinking Bill has gone psycho but that’s all probably overshadowed by Russell’s rant.
I didn’t take any screencaps this week because there wasn’t much worth screencapping, though it was a good episode, not awesome, but good. I suppose they are going to show what’s up with Terry and Arlene and with Alcide and the wolves next week.

Last week’s episode was crazy and not 100% good crazy, there was about 60% good crazy and 40% bad crazy. Lilith rising out of blood still doesn’t ring true to me, that is, I think it’s highly likely that whole thing was a hallucination resulting from drinking her blood, unless they somehow find a way to ground that occurrence with the plot so it seems plausible for now I’m going to call it a hallucination. Now don’t get me wrong, if you read some of my previous posts you would know I really wanted to see Lilith but in a less psychotic way. If they play Gotye in this episode I will fall to the floor.
Look at those loons.. Lilith’s blood really has them high, Eric is the only Lucid one.
I knew Jason would convince Sookie to stop her madness and I’m glad he was a Bill and Sookie shipper, it means that I’m not alone in thinking they belonged together, I still hope they will get back together in the future, but for right now I know that won’t work out and Jason is right that Sookie’s power could be the one thing to help them find who killed their parents, that and probably Bill or another vampire. I have a feeling it’s going to turn out to be someone they know and don’t expect it to be, somebody really shocking.
I laughed so hard when Luna walked out as Sam.
Everybody is ranting about seeing Lilith and Child-Eater comes with his unrelated banter, I have to say I did chuckle though.
I have no comment about Alcide except to say that man is really impulsive, granted we only saw the committed side of him with Debbie but now I’m wondering what’s going on in his head, rebound sex much?
I can tell Bill has a plan I know he isn’t just accepting what Salome says because he’s too weak to resist.
Have I said how much I love when they do flashbacks? Bill’s little flashback was really telling.
Was a breath of fresh air seeing Jesus again and not as the severed head with the sewn up lips.
That vampire that killed Sookie and Jason’s parents kinda looked like Roman but the voice seemed different so my theory about it being someone they know might definitely be wrong.
You may have noticed I haven’t mentioned the whole Hoyt and Jessica situation, it’s because that whole thing annoys me, I could just tell something like that was going to occur and I knew Hoyt wouldn’t kill Jessica or allow her to be killed no matter how mad he was at her, it’s obvious he still loves her and because he can’t have her that’s why he’s acting out and getting himself entangled time after time in rubbish.
The scene between Luna & Sam was a combo of weird & touching.
The scenes with Tara and Pam in Fangtasia are always entertaining. I also loved Pam’s whole outfit, makeup and hair, she has an awesome fashion sense in my opinion. I think Tara is really beginning to love being a vampire.
The Kitchen Bitch still exists people! LOL For all you guys who don’t know who calls himself that, it’s Lafayette, season1 to season 3 that was his twitter handle.
So Terry has to kill Patrick, whether it will go down like that I’m not sure, but knowing Alan Ball he loves to twist things up, I think I might be surprised with the end result of this Ifrit nonsense.
I figured that this Worlow vampire dude would come after Sookie, when I realized she made a connection with him it got me thinking of the connection she had with Bill and Eric when they drank her blood. I figure that the connection she made with this vampire is something like that. He’s seems like the creepiest vampire I’ve ever seen in the show, I wonder how old he is and his story.
For some reason I would like to see Russell and Steve get together, so I’m gonna add another ship to my list.
I’m still convinced Bill has some kind of plan I can’t wait till this all unfolds.
Next week should be interesting.
